Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Allegorics we want every purchase to feel like a story worth telling. If something isn’t right with your order, this policy explains exactly how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

Returns Eligibility

  • Time window – You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
  • Condition – Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase – Include your order number (e.g. #AL-12345) or the confirmation email you received.
  • Non-returnable items – Custom-printed merchandise, gift cards, and clearance items marked Final Sale cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our Support page → https://allegorics.com/support/.
  2. Fill in the Return Request form with your order number, item, and reason.
  3. We’ll email a prepaid return label (USA) or instructions for international returns.

You’ll receive an automated ticket number so you can track the status of your request at any time.

Refunds

  • Inspection – Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it within 3 business days.
  • Refund method – Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or credit card).
  • Processing time – Your bank may take an additional 5–10 days to post the credit.
  • Partial refunds – If an item shows obvious signs of use or is missing parts not due to our error, we may grant a partial refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Submit a Support ticket (see Section 3) and choose Exchange. We’ll create a replacement order once the original item is scanned by the carrier.

Shipping Costs

  • Defects or misprints – We cover return shipping and replacement at no cost to you.
  • Buyers’ remorse – You pay return shipping; the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • International customers – Mark your parcel “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs delays.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Double-check your bank or PayPal account.
  2. Contact your credit-card issuer; posting delays vary.
  3. Still no luck? Email us at support@allegorics.com with your ticket number.

EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have a 14-day statutory “cooling-off” period. Download the standard withdrawal form https://allegorics.com/eu-withdrawal-form/ and email it to support@allegorics.com before sending the item back.

Print-On-Demand Note

All products are produced on demand via our partner Printful. For manufacturing errors (e.g. misprints, wrong size shipped), we coordinate directly with Printful to remake or refund your order. See their quality promise at https://help.printful.com/.
